Since its inception Profico has always followed a policy of hiring new staff holding high academic levels.

Currently 58% of our staff is graduate and 93% of these are civil engineers.

Of the 25 full time employees two are administrative assistants, three are supervisors, five are CAD drawers, thirteen are civil engineers and one is architect.

Staff average age is 35 years old.

We have always followed a policy that favours the training of our employees through professional courses and specialized seminars.

We stimulate the upbringing of our engineers supervising their professional training. Many of our trainee engineers join our staff.

Profico has been represented in the Portuguese Engineering congresses as well as in international venues in the area of structural design.
