Profico is organized in three areas:

General Management that holds all the functions not directly connected with production (financial, commercial, marketing, human resources and legal functions) and the global management of the company, along with the coordination of the two production departments. Jorge Manuel Gil Nunes Meneses, civil engineer, is the General Manager being a founding and majority partner.

Both the Engineering and the Project Management and Supervision Departments are in charge of the service providing to the customers.

The Engineering Department produces the Project Design and the Consulting area is also under its responsibility. Also under its competence are premises and other assets, IT management and acquisitions. Carlos Manuel Tomás Lopes, civil engineer, is the Head of the Engineering Department and he is a partner since 1992.

The Project Management and Supervision Department is responsible for the delivery of services in these multidisciplinary areas including the coordination of projects and the supervision of construction works. This Department is also in charge of the Documentation Centre. Within each Department there are several Project Teams, each one coordinated by a project Leader who responds directly for the performance of his team. These Project Teams change according to the characteristics of the task, and a Leader may head more than one team. Their composition is determined by the type and volume of the projects.
